Please read before booking your appointment.

At N8KED Beauty, every appointment is carefully prepared and fully customized. To ensure the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure all cosmetic tattooing appointments.
• This deposit is applied toward your total service cost and is non-transferable.
• No appointments will be held without a deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit and full service charge.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.
• You may reschedule once per deposit. Additional changes will require a new deposit to rebook.

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened at the artist’s discretion.
• A late arrival is considered a no-show if you are unable to be serviced within the remaining appointment time.

Eligibility & Health Restrictions

For your safety and the quality of your results, you may not be eligible for cosmetic tattooing if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are under 18 years old
• Are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
• Are on Accutane or have taken it within the past 6–12 months
• Have any open wounds, rashes, or active skin conditions in the brow/lip area
• Have recently had Botox, fillers, or other facial treatments in the area (please wait 2–4 weeks)
• Have a history of keloid scarring or other healing disorders

Note: It is your responsibility to notify N8KED Beauty of any medical conditions prior to booking. If you arrive and are not a suitable candidate, your deposit will be forfeited.

Photos & Social Media

By booking, you consent to before & after photos being taken for documentation and potential use on N8KED Beauty’s social media and website. If you are uncomfortable with this, please notify us prior to your appointment.

Payment & Pricing

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
• Accepted methods: e-transfer, credit card, debit, and cash.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Booking an appointment secures the current rate.
• GST will be added to all appointments.

Touch-Ups

• Touch-ups are not included in the initial service price unless stated otherwise.
• It is your responsibility to book your touch-up within the recommended 6–12 week window for best results.
• Late touch-up bookings (past 12 weeks) may be subject to additional charges.

Respecting Time & Energy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes, no-shows, and late arrivals impact other clients and the business as a whole. These policies exist to ensure fairness and protect the time, energy, and artistry that go into every appointment.
