All items purchased from N8KED Beauty are shipped within 48 business hours of order placement. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Signature required upon delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept delivery and does not collect the package from the location provided by the carrier, N8KED Beauty will bill the customer for any re-shipping fees.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full civic address when placing your order.

Due to air safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing hazardous materials (such as sprays, nail polish, and products with high alcohol content) through Canada Post. We appreciate your understanding.

Orders do not include tracking numbers.

Backordered Products

For orders containing backordered products, N8KED Beauty will ship the entire order once all products are back in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items first, additional shipping fees will apply.

Changes to Submitted Orders

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make modifications. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Reporting Order Issues

If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you encounter any other issues, please contact N8KED Beauty customer service via our contact form. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number handy or include it in the contact form. We will work to resolve your concern as efficiently as possible.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping to the United States. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We use various international couriers, including DHL, UPS, and Purolator. Signature required upon delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept delivery and does not collect the package from the location provided by the carrier, N8KED Beauty will bill the customer for re-shipping fees.

Note: We do not ship to U.S. P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete civic address when placing your order.

We estimate an average transit time of 2-7 days for U.S.-bound shipments. However, some locations may experience longer transit times due to weather delays or other factors. Most orders to the mainland U.S. will be delivered within 7 business days.

Before placing an order, please contact us to confirm if shipping is available to your location and to find out which courier will be used.

In rare cases, N8KED Beauty may cancel and refund orders if the shipping address is incomplete, a P.O. box, or deemed remote/unreachable by our couriers.

N8KED Beauty is not responsible for any duty fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs and cross-border shipping. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the market value (actual price before promotions) of the product. Our prices do not include duty, taxes, or customs fees, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we cannot use a customer's own customs brokerage account. All related fees will be billed to the recipient and payable via the courier.

Applicable sales taxes will be applied during checkout for orders with a Canadian billing address.

Orders will include a tracking number and insurance coverage for the total declared value, up to $300 CAD.

Currently, N8KED Beauty only ships within the United States and Canada via n8kedbeauty.com.
